HONEST REVIEW; I interviewed several realtors and it was clear that Tami was far more experienced and knowledgeable of the San Antonio housing market. She was able to provide detailed feedback on specific areas and sub-divisions (~quality of schools, taxes, rental potential, accessibility, everything). She also has a great relationship with local loan officers, home inspectors/appraisers, and more. My loan was complex and required inspection and appraisal/waiver. I was also purchasing while overseas and sight unseen. Tami's feedback was absolutely essential to producing a strong offer AND she resolved multiple follow-on issues, repairs, and addendums needed to achieve closing. Tami was easy to talk to and engage, was very responsive, and recognized my questions/concerns immediately. I fully recommend Tami to any future home buyer. **A Special note that it is a very competitive market right now (w/multi-bidding $15K+ above asking). Although Tami can't tell you how much to spend or what other competing offers will be (no realtor can), she did advise on these trends and provided good historical data.

Tami was very patient and walked me through the process and continued to check on me for months after. Tami is simply the best. I met her back in 2007 when I had just only been here 3 months and was looking for a condo. She was so accommodating on a Sunday, because my family was driving in to look at this place with me and Sunday was their only day off. It was my first big purchase and being such a young first time home buyer I wanted my families opinion. Over the years I’ve recommended her to all my friends/clients needing help that didn’t already have a realtor. Everyone has had nothing but positive things to say about her. I had to do a few repairs I wasn’t planning on, but it was the right thing to do and The buyers were very nice about everything. Tami Price is as professional as they come. She goes above and beyond & always takes pride in her work. When an agent cares more about their clients and is not just transactional, they continue to refer her out to friends, family, colleagues and they refuse to work with another realtor when it comes to selling and buying Real Estate. We put in an offer with our agent to a home listed by Tami Price. During the option period we experienced a lack of communication and professionalism from her. We were negotiating the repairs we wanted done and conveniently, she did not get back to our agent until the day after the option period expired because she told our agent that she was at a birthday party. The repairs we asked for were ignored and the sellers hired their neighbors to come in and say there were no issues with the electrical while our inspector had a list of things that weren't grounded and loose, amongst other things. When we asked to allow our electrician in the house to inspect, she said, and I quote "I'm not even going to ask my sellers about this and tell your clients they can do whatever they'd like after we close". There are many other issues we experienced. I would not recommend doing business with this agent, as she is only out for herself and does not communicate with her buying agents nor does she care about their rights as buyers.

Let me start off by saying that I wasn’t initially going to use Tami Price as our realtor when moving to San Antonio. I’m in the military and the big bank that services military members offers cash back to buyers if you go through their preferred realtor program. My wife was impressed with Tami from the first conversation but I had to be persuaded not to use the bank program that was going to offer us approx $1200 cash back. Even with not getting the the $1200 from the bank, I can tell you that we made the right choice to go with her. She listened to our wants and needs and was able to find us many houses that fit our criteria. She even expanded our search by letting us know of options with building a home that we hadn’t even considered previously. We ended up getting in contract to build a home and she’s been with us every step of the way. I was most impressed when during one of the final visits to our new construction she inspected the home with a fine tooth comb finding things that I never would have noticed.
