When we first decided to start shopping for a new home, I contacted Tami Price because of her incredible reviews and recommendations. From that very first phone call, Tami made me feel like i had her full attention. She spent 45 minutes on the phone answering my questions (I had many) about the process and about the current real estate frenzy. After that call, I knew that I had contacted the right person. Over the next many weeks, Tami and Cody were 100% responsive, professional, personable, and fully dedicated to helping us find a house. If a house we liked came on the market on a weekend, she was there. If it came up on a holiday, she was there - and it paid off! We made an offer on our current home on the 4th of July, and it was accepted! And why was it accepted? We were moving to San Antonio from another large city in Texas and a Realtor we had worked with for 15+ years helped us make the connection. We had a positive connection with Tami immediately. She has such a happy disposition and it quickly became obvious that she truly loves to help others. Tami spent time thoroughly explaining the San Antonio market and recommended we focus on a few areas based upon what we told her about what we were looking for. She showed us multiple homes over several weeks and was incredibly accommodating with her schedule as we weren’t living in San Antonio yet and were often in town for only a few hours at a time. We made an offer on a house in June 2023. Long story short, we never made it to closing, and if it wasn’t for a specific provision that Tami added to the contract that allowed us to terminate under a unique circumstance that we encountered, we would have been stuck with a place that we didn’t want. Tami’s experience and foresight really saved us! After this experience, we decided to rent instead. Our plan was to take our time, learn a bit more about San Antonio, and try again later. Tami was incredibly understanding. She had spent hours with us and wouldn’t be paid for her time, at least not for several months, maybe longer. Tami was amazingly supportive of our decision and maintained her trademark positive attitude. We had already been working with Allison on Tami’s team, who jumped in right away and helped us find the perfect rental. This process included her driving to multiple houses - based upon recommendations she made using search criteria we provided - and conducting virtual tours for us while we were still not yet in San Antonio. This was in the peak heat of the summer, by the way, and she did it with a smile. The transition was seamless and we are grateful for Allison’s hard work on what became a very short timeframe. Flash forward to January 2024. My wife and I were actively looking for a place to buy, knowing that we would want to move quickly when the right opportunity came along. Tami’s relationship with the seller’s agent for a house near our rental allowed us to be one of the very first potential buyers to see the listing.
